Yeah we have one somewhere here that’s also listed for 10k (though it doesn’t look as good as the one I posted or yours).

Low miles is actually scarier for me — I’m looking for one where all the things that will fail have already failed and been replaced!

You can import models from Canada that were also sold in the States, even if it not 25 years old. Examples: B5 Allroad above, Saturn Astra, etc.

When an Allroad showed up at a dealer near me, I briefly considered buying it for my winter car. I then came to my senses and bought a “more reliable” Grand Cherokee.

I didn’t realize that exception existed. I always assume <25 is impossible to import unless it was built specifically for the US market (ex: European delivery cars).
